I have just been busy and not had the time to update. We went to see Linkin Park at Milton Keynes on their Projekt Revolution tour, let me just say they were absolutely awesome!!! They are as good live as they are on CD. We go really sun burnt and I fell really ill at one point but I was a great day.
Last weekend we went to BugJam 22 at Santa Pod Raceway. It was a brilliant weekend full of sexy VW Bugs and Buses!!! We had a few bouts of rain but nothing to spoil it. Visit www.bugjam.co.uk for a full report.

I have just finished my first lace project, only a simple lace shawl. Its made with 4ply sock yarn in my fave colour PURPLE!!!!!
Its only a simple project as I am not that good at lace but i am happy with it.

Wow, you say it's a simple project but I can't imagine ever being able to knit something so gorgeous! Your before and after blocking photo's are great as they clearly show why blocking is a good thing to do I've never blocked anything but will try in future).
