A Bag for a Friend

Its my friend Jo's birthday next week, she is a special friend to me so I had to make her something special. Jo has 2 cats, one of them Arthur is a tad cranky!!! I saw this bag on Craftster and got the link to this tut http://www.gotfabric.com/projects/0106tote.php so I thought Jo would like one. Her is her's inspired by her cats.
