Christmas Around The World Questionnaire!
We know you have all been waiting patiently (thank you!) for the questionnaire! As today is the first official day of the swap, we are ready to post it for all of you to complete and enjoy. You'll notice that there's 25 questions......one for each of the 25 days of the Christmas season!
- Are you religious? No
- How long have you been knitting? Would you consider yourself a Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced? I have only been knitting "properly" for about 2 years. I would say Intermediate.
- Do you have any other hobbies besides knitting? I am an amature astronomer and I like to make cards.
- Favorite color(s)? Purple!!
- Do you collect anything? Cherished Teddies
- Are you allergic to any fibers or animals? Thankfully, No
- Do you have any pets? We have a rabbit and a dwarf hamster
- Coffee, Tea, or Hot Chocolate? All 3 but mostly coffee.
- Cookies or Sweets? Cookies
- Do you knit socks? Yes, I took part in Sockapolooza 4
- If not socks then what? Socks!
- Do you put up a Christmas tree? Oh yes, I have to do it all by myself!
- Favorite holiday treats? Lots of chocolates
- Favorite holiday smells? Cinnamon
- Do you celebrate Christmas in a traditional or unconventional way? Traditional, Big dinner with all the trimmings and Christmas pud
- What are your favorite holiday traditions? Mine would be my Christmas visit to Birmingham's German Christmas Market. I have done it every year for the past 3 years.
- Finish the sentence: “For me Christmas is all about....” Giving and receiving presents and spending quality time with my family.
- If you were a Christmas ornament you would be…….? I would be a fairy!
- What was your favorite gift you've ever received? DAB Radio
- When do you start your Christmas? My Christmas has already started, I have knitted 4 presents already.
- Do you send Christmas cards? Yes, I make some and buy some. Depends who they are for.
- What is your favorite Christmas dish? Turkey dinner.
- Carolers are at your door. What do you do? Open the door and enjoy!
- When do you open presents? Christmas morning
- Do you celebrate with family or friends or both? Family
